Since it began screening films to the public in 1985, the American Cinematheque has provided diverse film programming and immersive in-person discussions and events with thousands of filmmakers and luminaries, presenting new and repertory cinema to Los Angeles.

The American Cinematheque offices are open Monday-Friday during normal business hours. We are a small team, so please allow additional response time – your email is very important to us! Someone will get back to you soon.
NO REFUNDS: As a reminder, the non-profit has a strict no refunds policy and does not issue ticket refunds, or exchanges to other screenings, unless in the rare instance a show is cancelled. This includes any conflicts, accidental bookings or other circumstances. However, you’re always welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else if you can’t make it to the show. All sales are final.
