NO REFUNDS: As a reminder, the non-profit has a strict no refunds policy and does not issue ticket refunds, or exchanges to other screenings, unless in the rare instance a show is cancelled. This includes any conflicts, accidental bookings or other circumstances. However, you’re always welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else if you can’t make it to the show. All sales are final.
