ABOUT THE FILM: Revered as a cult film in Estonia, Grigori Kromanov’s 1979 sci-fi thriller DEAD MOUNTAINEER’S HOTEL follows police inspector Glebsky, who is called to a remote mountain hotel for what turns out to be a false alarm. But leaving is soon out of the question after an avalanche cuts the hotel off from the outside world, and Olaf, one of the other guests, is found dead.
