In this panel, industry professionals will give insight on the basics of breaking down how to assemble the creative and commercial elements that make decision-makers say yes. We’ll demystify when to approach talent, how to work with reps, what buyers look for at each budget tier, and the materials you might need at each step.

Stuart Arbury joined RAMO in 2017 as a television executive and became Vice President of Packaging and Sales in 2021. He works closely with clients to review, develop, package and sell scripted and unscripted series projects. Leveraging a diverse background in creative development and production, Arbury helps clients shape commercially viable content and navigate the evolving television landscape.

Fassa Sar

Founder, Callo

Fassa Sar is the founder of Callo and a recognized changemaker in media and entertainment, honored by Variety, Forbes, Essence Magazine and The Wrap. At just 24, she became Sony Pictures’ youngest executive, acquiring productions under $50 million. Fassa is no stranger to bold conversations on media and studied the next generation of Hollywood, which inspired her to found Callo as a Fulbright Scholar. Today, she leads an experienced team at the intersection of media and technology, with a track record of developing culture-defining products at Spotify and Netflix.

Alan Luna

Independent Producer, ABL Casting

Alan Luna is a Casting Director/Producer for Film and TV in live action & animation.  A first generation Mexican-American of indigenous descent from Los Angeles, he’s collaborated on projects with Disney, Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon, Nickelodeon, Hulu, Lionsgate, Marvel Studios, amongst more. Some recent feature credits include THE LONG GAME (SXSW 23’, Narrative Spotlight Audience Award), ARISTOTLE & DANTE DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF THE UNIVERSE (TIFF 22’, produced by Lin Manuel Miranda), Blumhouse’ RUN SWEETHEART RUN (Sundance 20′), Felipe Vargas debut ROSARIO and his upcoming MOUTH OF THE FURNACE, THE REMEDY (Cannes Fantastic Pavilion Galas 25′), Sam Raimi/Marvel’s DR. STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS, 52ND STATE – Executive Produced by Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings, and Pedro Pan – based on true events.
