ABOUT THE FILM: Watch-seller Bob wanders aimlessly through the streets of L.A., unsuccessfully peddling his wares while dodging encounters with the cops, stray animals, and the violent rantings of a population fed up with the decrepit city of angels at the dawn of the 21st century. His little sister, who died of an overdose in the 70s, calls to Bob from beyond the grave, beckoning him ever closer to the magical zone of connection between spiritual realms: Universal Studios.
