‘Weird’ Al Yankovic stars as the manager of a small-time UHF station (which has the lowest ratings in the country) inadvertently hits it big with his strange programming ideas to keep Channel 62 from going down the tubes. Kevin McCarthy (from INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS), Seinfeld’s Michael Richards and Victoria Jackson add to the mayhem in this cult comedy.
