ABOUT THE FILM: In Hungarian with English subtitles. Described by Béla Tarr as an “anti-movie” made in opposition to the conventions of Hungarian cinema, THE OUTSIDER is set in a small industrial town and follows András, a music-loving young nurse, who is fired for alcoholism.
