The AC is thrilled to pay tribute to internationally acclaimed filmmaker Ryûsuke Hamaguchi, writer-director of DRIVE MY CAR, which is nominated for four Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best International Feature. Hamaguchi joins us in person for a screening of his latest film, as well as his other award-winning works, including his 2021 triptych film WHEEL OF FORTUNE AND FANTASY and his 2016 five-hour epic, HAPPY HOUR. The filmmaker will also participate as a guest programmer, presenting a personal selection at the Los Feliz 3, title to be announced.
