ABOUT THE FILM: Watch-seller Bob wanders aimlessly through the streets of L.A., unsuccessfully peddling his wares while dodging encounters with the cops, stray animals, and the violent rantings of a population fed up with the decrepit city of angels at the dawn of the 21st century.
