Since it began screening films to the public in 1985, the American Cinematheque has provided diverse film programming and immersive in-person discussions and events with thousands of filmmakers and luminaries, presenting new and repertory cinema to Los Angeles.

Jason Patric and little brother Corey Haim move to a California coastal town with their mother (Dianne Wiest), only to find it infested by a gang of teenage bloodsuckers led by Kiefer Sutherland. Joel Schumacher directs this bizarre, spooky and often funny hybrid of the Brat Pack and vampire genres.
