Tribute to the Crafts will honor those who are at the very heart of filmmaking, and have exhibited extraordinary work behind the camera, over the past year. The evening will celebrate individuals in fifteen categories covering all aspects of filmmaking and will showcase clips from each of their respective films.


Sir Roger Deakins is considered one of the most revered cinematographers of all time. Deakins has over 80 credits and was recently nominated for both a BAFTA Award and an ASC Award for his latest film, Empire of Light from Sam Mendes. Deakins’ career has included collaborations with filmmakers such as Martin Scorsese, the Coen brothers, John Sayles, Denis Villeneuve and Agnieszka Holland.
