ABOUT THE FILM: After a failed suicide attempt, Leonard (Joaquin Phoenix) moves back in with his parents in Brighton Beach. Looking to improve his life, his parents set him up with the honest and sensible Sandra (Vinessa Shaw) who takes an interest in his photography.
