Home / Women Wednesday
As part of our ongoing programming dedicated to uplifting and celebrating the work of femmes in film, The American Cinematheque is proud to present an exciting series for March 2023 called Women Wednesday. Every Wednesday in March join us for a screening and in-person Q&A at the Los Feliz 3 Theatre in celebration of Women’s History month. This year’s Women Wednesday slate features new films from women directors that exemplify new adventures in the craft.
This series is curated and launched in partnership with Woman Wednesday. Women Wednesday brings together industry members who are dedicated to finding, sharing, and empowering the voices of female filmmakers. What started as a weekly movie screening with a few friends has quickly evolved into an industry wide event and newsletter that is shared with thousands of executives, agents, coordinators, and assistants across the business.
After screenings and Q&As, please feel free to continue the conversation next door at our neighbor Pinky’s!
